Diwali is the festival of lights which is celebrated in various regions across India. The name ‘Deepavali’ literally means an ‘array of lights’. To make the students understand the importance of Diwali, Darshan Academy had a celebration on October 21, 2022. Dr. Arindam Mohanta, principal, Darshan Academy, Rathonda, explained the importance of Diwali. Children decorated diyas with color and glitter, candles were decorated, and posters and greetings cards were made. Both teachers and students enjoyed the Diwali celebrations wholeheartedly.
